Successfully sending volunteers abroad for 10 years
If you've been on a volunteering trip with Agape in the past, you will probably know the feeling that many of our volunteers tell us they get after returning home - something we call the 'post-volunteering blues'. Almost every one of our past volunteers has left Africa vowing to return - and as soon as possible - having loved their experience so much.

In a bid to both spread the word about the amazing work volunteers can do with us in Africa, and to help previous volunteers to realise this dream of returning to the community they came to love, we've just launched a new competition!
All you have to do is leave a brief review of your volunteering trip with Agape on our new survey, and you could be in with the chance of winning some great prizes... including a discounted return trip to your old project.
Why return to your volunteering project?
Being able to return to your former volunteering placement gives a great opportunity to catch up with friends you made during your stay, and to see just how much of an impact your work has made. But it will also continue the support you gave to the community in the first place, allowing you to create long-term charitable relationships, building on your previous work.
This is a vital part of what we aspire to achieve with our sustainable voluntourism here at Agape - creating holistic and long-term solutions to the challenges we tackle.
